At Clark's Harbour Seafood Ltd. we believe that the best lobsters are caught fresh in cold Atlantic Canadian waters.

Each step in our handling process ensures that lobsters remain fresh and ready for our customers to enjoy. Lobsters are stored in temperature controlled tanks and monitored closely to provide the ideal conditions to ensure they are vigorous and well seasoned for shipping. Our product is carefully packed in CFIA approved boxes or crates and shipped under climate controlled conditions to guarantee low mortality upon arrival.


Our Facility

Graded lobsters floating in crates in our holding tank. Water is brought in directly from the Atlantic Ocean.  The holding temperatures are controlled, and the water is monitored, to ensure our lobsters are kept at ideal conditions.

Our holding tanks can hold up to 300,000 pounds of lobsters at any given time. These are kept in crates in the short term, and tubed in cages for the long term. This volume allows us to ensure that product is always available for our customers in the sizes they need.

Our holding tanks are maintained with excellent circulation and aeration which keeps the lobsters in better condition for shipping.

Our holding tank is located conveniently close to our grading and packing area, which minimizes the time required to get orders ready for shipping. This increases our efficiency and decreases product mortality.


Our grading area allows us to work quickly and efficiently so that orders can be packed and ready for shipment in the shortest time possible. This helps lower mortality and ensures our product arrives in good condition.
